Rintisan Kelas Online eBelajar FKIP Unsyiah adalah sebuah media pembelajaran terbaru yang dimiliki oleh FKIP Unsyiah. Melalui media ini, diharapkan masyarakat FKIP Unsyiah mampu menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat.
Adapun tujuan khusus dari kelas rintisan ini adalah mahasiswa mampu menciptakan, mengelola, dan mengembangkan sebuah media ajar berbasis ICT sehingga memudahkan anak didik maupun mahasiswa itu sendiri untuk memperoleh informasi secara cepat, dimana pun, dan kapan pun mereka kehendaki.
Bentuk dari kelas ini hampir sama dengan blog. Mahasiswa dapat membuat sebuah bahan ajar di blog miliknya ini, ataupun mengikuti blog mahasiswa lain yang ada di kelas ini.

  • Setelah kamu membuka alamat di atas, maka akan muncul tampilan seperti dibawah ini.

  • Sekarang Login Ke EMAIL kamu, jika pesan dari admin tadi tidak ada di Inbox kamu, maka kamu dapat mencarinya di folder SPAM (jika kamu pengguna GMAIL).
  • Buka Email dari Admin tersebut.

The Basics of Mendelian Genetics

 

MendelGregor Mendel was a monk who was born in Austria on July 22, 1822. He is a scientist who laid the foundations of inheritance (heredity). Mendel collecting and planting different types of pea plants (Pisum sativum) in the convent garden. Then he did on the cross-breeding plants that are determined and studied for seven years. Mendel chose peas for this experiment for the following reasons:

  • Pea plants easy to grow.
  • Quickly produce offspring and short-lived plants.
  • Pea plants have several different characteristic which are easily distinguished, there are :

  • Pea plants are generally able to perform self-pollinating because these plants have perfect flowers. In addition, pea plants are also easily crossed.

The results of Mendel's research, was introduced at a scientific meeting, organized by the Association of a natural scientist at Brunn, in 1865. Then, in 1866 Mendel's scientific papers distributed to various libraries in Europe and America. However, no one scientist who considers the results of Mendel's research is important. The results of Mendel's research, was recognized after 40 years later and Johan Gregor Mendel is known as The Father of Genetics.

Ok, now we turn to the simple crosses that have been discovered by Mendel. Before that, you should know the meaning of Pure Line, Hybrid, Monohybrid, until Dekahybrid.

For convenience, I will give you a simple understanding of some words above.

  • Pure Line: Organisms that have a homozygous genotype.
  • Hybrids: F1 or first offspring that have different characteristic.
  • Monohybrid: The offspring that have 1 different characteristic.
  • Dekahibrid: The offspring that has 10 different characteristic.

Structure and Function of DNA

On this quiet night, I'll give you a little knowledge that I have had about DNA, although there are still shortcomings in the use of English, I really hope that you can give criticism and advice. Ok, let's get started.
In 1953, a scientist from British,Francis Crick and a scientist from United States, James Watson, has managed to find the molecular structure of DNA. Both managed to formulate a model of DNA structure which named as the structure of the Double Helix.
The basic unit of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) are called nucleotides and nucleic acids is a polynucleotide. Each nucleotide consists of three components that are connected by covalent bonds. These three components are pentose sugars, nitrogen bases, and phosphate groups. Pentose sugar called deoxyribose in DNA, while the RNA is called ribose. Nitrogen bases include the purine and pyrimidine.
Pyrimidine bases in DNA include cytosine (C) and thymine (T). Purine bases in the DNA consisting of Adenine (A) and guanine (G). RNA contain the same purine bases of DNA.However, the arrangement of pyrimidine bases in RNA is different, namely thymine replaced by uracil (U) so that the pyrimidine bases in RNA is different, the RNA is composed of cytosine and uracil. Phosphate groups on nucleic acids to form an association with a pentose via phosphodiester bonds. A nucleotide consists of the following sections.

Windows Media Center Open Without Command (open automatically)

2 days ago, one of my friends came and brought his friend's laptop. He told me that he want to re-install the laptop because all the programs that exist in the laptop has been locked.
Once I see it, it's true, all the computer program's icon into the icon windows media center (except for Adobe Reader). I tried to go into "msconfig", but that opens the Windows Media Center. This also happens when I try "Run".
I do not stop here, there are several other ways that I do, such as:
  • Trying to get into the Turn Windows features on or off. But I failed, because when I click “Turn Windows features on or off”, it’s open the WMC (Windows Media Center). However, if you can go into this feature, you should to uncheck the Windows Media center. Here's how:
    • Select the Start menu, then select Control Panel.
    • Select the program and features.
    • On the left side of Windows Programs and Features, select “Turn Windows features on or off”.

    • Select the Start menu, then select Default Programs.

As I say, both the above does not work on the laptop earlier. Therefore, I mentioned to meet my best seniors on campus. Eureka .. this is the way I think is very logical, because the virus has been developed at this stage of the registry so it can close other programs that exist on the laptop.

After doing a normal backup of the computer registry, then add this registry into the Archive by using WinRar, then copy it into the broken computer and click 2 times on a registry backup before, once completed, restart your computer. This works on the computer I mentioned above.

Biological evolution occurs with a particular mechanism. Some of the mechanisms that lead to the occurrence of evolutionary biology of these are events of changes in the nature or mutation, selection, and changes in gene frequency.
Biological evolution occurs due to genetic variation and natural selection. Darwin said that the offspring of the marriage will vary. Offspring according to the environment will survive, while the offspring who did not adapt will become extinct. Kesimpulan:
